Meet Carly

Meet Carly, our Operations Manager! Carly is the day-to-day manager of all things production and fulfillment at Ground Up. She also makes sure that every jar of nut butter that leaves our production floor meets our quality standards.

I serve as the Operations Manager for the team

The community is kind, thoughtful, and creative.

What do you like to do for fun?

I love to play a variety of recreational sports such as soccer, softball and kickball.

How do you stay motivated?

Consistency and routine keeps me motivated.

What are your favorite ways to #spreadgood in your community?

I love to get involved in LGBTQ+ spaces and events and SOLVE beach clean ups.

Who is one person who inspires you and why?

My mom inspires me because of her limitless generosity and love for others. She has a tender heart and creates safe spaces for people to be themselves
