We featured Kruti Shah, founder of Cultivate with Kruti, in our She’s Empowered series and are so excited to share her recipe! These Almond Butter Crunch Bars are the perfect treat when you want something that’s sweet, and good for you at the same time.
ALMOND BUTTER CRUNCH BARS
1 cup Classic Smooth Almond-Cashew butter
1 cup brown rice crisps
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 Tbs coconut oil
Directions: Line a bread pan with parchment paper. Combine nut butter and brown rice crisps. Pour into pan. Allow mixture to set in the fridge for 10 minutes. Next, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together. Layer on top, and allow the bars to set in the freezer. Enjoy!
