For Giving Tuesday, we're asking you to join us in donating nut butter to two organizations who provide nourishment to those in need — and those most impacted by the recent SNAP benefits crisis: Feed the Mass and Rose Haven. 

Feed the Mass is a nonprofit dedicated to empowering, educating and serving Portland’s diverse communities. They deliver 6,500 meals each week to individuals in Portland’s Safe Rest Villages, as well as to schools.

Rose Haven is a day shelter and community center serving women, children and gender non-conforming folks experiencing the trauma of abuse, loss of home and other disruptive life challenges. They'll be using nut butter to make snack packs for guests to take with them when they leave. They hit capacity almost every day, so these are critical supplies for folks that may arrive too late to join for services.
