Flat Rate Shipping for $8 or FREE SHIPPING for Orders Over $75! This is applied automatically at check-out.
U.S. only. Sorry international friends, we hope to be able to offer int’l shipping some day soon!
Turnaround Time
Orders should ship out within 3-5 business days from when they are placed. Know that we're a small but mighty team doing all that we can to ship orders out in a timely manner. We thank you for your patience!

Are You Local to Portland?
Choose Local Pick-up at check-out. Your order will be ready for pick-up in 2-4 business days at our headquarters in SE Portland (657 SE Yamhill St). Pick-up hours are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Thursday.
Please note: Pick-up orders must be picked up within 90 days. If you are unable to pick up during that time, we will give you the option to ship your order to you (at $8 cost) or we will cancel your order.

Returns + Exchanges
All sales on our website are final, and we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any items. If you're unhappy, please let us know by emailing us at customercare@grounduppdx.com and we'll do what we can to accommodate you!
Damaged Goods
If your shipment arrives damaged or a jar is broken, please let us know by emailing us a photo to customercare@grounduppdx.com and we will send you a new jar to replace it! We do our very best to wrap up our jars so they can safely make their way to you, but they’re glass and sometimes glass breaks!
