FREE SHIPPING for Orders Over $75! This is applied automatically at check-out.

U.S. only. Sorry international friends, we hope to be able to offer int’l shipping some day soon!

Turnaround Time

Given extra Covid-19 precautions and an influx of orders around the holiday season, orders are shipping out a little later than usual. Your order should ship out within 4-7 business days of placing it. And please be patient if it takes a bit longer to receive your order!

Are You Local to Portland?

Choose Local Pick-up at check-out. Your order will be ready for pick-up in 2-4 business days at our headquarters in SE Portland (657 SE Yamhill St). Pick-up hours are 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

If you're unable to pick up during those hours, you can also check out our Find Us in Stores page or our Events page to see where you can pick up our product locally.

 

Returns + Exchanges

All sales on our website are final, and we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any items. If you're unhappy, please let us know by emailing us at customercare@grounduppdx.com and we'll do what we can to accommodate you!

 

Damaged Goods

If your shipment arrives damaged or a jar is broken, please let us know by emailing us a photo to customercare@grounduppdx.com and we will send you a new jar to replace it! We do our very best to wrap up our jars so they can safely make their way to you, but they’re glass and sometimes glass breaks!
