You will be working closely with Ground Up’s co-founders, Operations Manager and Assistant Operations Managers to ensure all of Ground Up’s personnel are equipped to do their job to the best of their ability. This is a full-time, salaried (exempt) role based in Portland, Oregon.

Responsibilities include:

  • WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT:
    • Assist employees in meeting their professional goals, offering guidance, assistance and support to help them transition towards their goals after Ground Up
    • Support Ground Up in building out a more formalized curriculum and training program milestone markers
  • EMPLOYEE SUPPORT :

    • As a note, you will be responsible for providing emotional support, resources and guidance, but their direct manager will be the one responsible for performance reviews and job feedback. You will work closely with their managers to stay informed on their job performance and assist when it’s necessary to set-up performance action plans.
