Blueberry Muffin Smoothie

This Blueberry Muffin Smoothie is creamy, nourishing, and packed with a balance of protein and healthy fats. It’s the perfect breakfast on-the-go or as an afternoon pick-me-up when you’re craving comfort but still want something wholesome.
And the best part? The cinnamon streusel topping adds that bakery-style crunch we all love — without the oven!
Ingredients
For the smoothie:
- 1-2 frozen bananas
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup of almond milk (or your preferred plant-based milk)
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
- 1 tbsp Blueberry Muffin nut butter
For the cinnamon streusel topping:
- 1 Tbsp Blueberry Muffin nut butter
- 1/2 Tbsp coconut sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp almond flour
Directions
- Blend the smoothie: Add all smoothie ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust liquid as needed for desired consistency.
- Make the streusel: In a small bowl, stir together the streusel ingredients until crumbly.

Assemble: Pour the smoothie into a glass, then sprinkle the cinnamon streusel over the top. Add extra blueberries or a drizzle of Blueberry Muffin nut butter if you’d like and enjoy!
