This Blueberry Muffin Smoothie is creamy, nourishing, and packed with a balance of protein and healthy fats. It’s the perfect breakfast on-the-go or as an afternoon pick-me-up when you’re craving comfort but still want something wholesome.

And the best part? The cinnamon streusel topping adds that bakery-style crunch we all love — without the oven!

Ingredients

For the smoothie:

  • 1-2 frozen bananas
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup of almond milk (or your preferred plant-based milk)
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp Blueberry Muffin nut butter

For the cinnamon streusel topping:

  1. Blend the smoothie: Add all smoothie ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust liquid as needed for desired consistency.
  2. Make the streusel: In a small bowl, stir together the streusel ingredients until crumbly.
