What better way to celebrate the return of our sellout collab with Caro Chambers than with cookies?!
These Salted Maple Chocolate Chip Cookies are the perfect balance of salty, sweet, and nutty — soft in the center, golden at the edges, and loaded with cozy maple flavor. Made with simple, all-natural ingredients like almond flour, coconut sugar, and our limited edition Salted Maple Nut Butter, they’re a wholesome treat you’ll want to bake on repeat all season long.
Ingredients
- ½ cup coconut sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp coconut oil, softened
- ¼ cup Salted Maple Nut Butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ cup chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the coconut sugar, egg, coconut oil, nut butter, vanilla, and maple syrup until smooth and creamy.
- Add almond flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir until a dough forms, then fold in the chocolate chips.
- Let the dough rest for 30 minutes in the fridge (this helps the almond flour hydrate and the cookies hold their shape).
- Scoop 1–2 tablespoons of dough onto the baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
- Bake for about 12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before enjoying.
