Cardamom Chocolate Bark

Looking for a simple but delectable gift idea? Look no further than our Festive Coconut Cardamom Chocolate Bark with our Coconut Cardamom nut butter. With only 5 ingredients, it’s super simple to make and very customizable!

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz dark chocolate or semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp Coconut Cardamom nut butter
  • ½ cup desiccated coconut
  • ½ cup crushed almonds

Directions:

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or wax paper. Set aside.
  2. Place the chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl.
  3. Microwave in 20 second intervals, stirring frequently, until the chocolate is completely melted and no large clumps remain.
  4. Spread the chocolate in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Once done, swirl in the nut butter using a toothpick.
  6. Add the crushed almonds and desiccated coconut to the top.
  7. Garnish with some flaky sea salt if desired.
  8. Place the tray in the freezer for around 1 hour to chill.
  9. Once set, remove from the freezer and break apart. Enjoy!
