Cardamom Chocolate Bark
Looking for a simple but delectable gift idea? Look no further than our Festive Coconut Cardamom Chocolate Bark with our Coconut Cardamom nut butter. With only 5 ingredients, it’s super simple to make and very customizable!
Ingredients:
- 12 oz dark chocolate or semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 3 tbsp Coconut Cardamom nut butter
- ½ cup desiccated coconut
- ½ cup crushed almonds
Directions:
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or wax paper. Set aside.
- Place the chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl.
- Microwave in 20 second intervals, stirring frequently, until the chocolate is completely melted and no large clumps remain.
- Spread the chocolate in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Once done, swirl in the nut butter using a toothpick.
- Add the crushed almonds and desiccated coconut to the top.
- Garnish with some flaky sea salt if desired.
- Place the tray in the freezer for around 1 hour to chill.
- Once set, remove from the freezer and break apart. Enjoy!
