Chai Spiced Frozen Yogurt Bites

Ingredients
- 1 cup thick coconut yogurt
- ⅓ cup Coconut Cardamom nut butter
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ginger
- ⅛ tsp cloves
- ⅛ tsp nutmeg
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- Flaky salt
- Chopped almonds
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine coconut yogurt, nut butter, maple syrup, spices, vanilla extract and sea salt. Mix until completely combined.
- Using a spoon, dollop about 6 bites onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place in the freezer to set until completely firm (a couple hours).
- In a small bowl, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil. Melt in the microwave in 15 second increments, stirring between intervals until smooth.
- Once bites are frozen, remove from freezer and use a fork to submerge each one in chocolate until completely coated. Tap the fork to get any extra chocolate drippings off, then place back on the sheet. Sprinkle immediately with chopped almonds and flaky salt.
- Once all bites are coated in chocolate, transfer back to the freezer until the chocolate sets. Store in the freezer & enjoy!
