We've been obsessed with starting our mornings with this Chocolate Chai Granola, crafted in collaboration with our fellow Portland women-owned business: Soul Chai. Infused with their rich rooibos chai powder, this granola is perfect for those cozy fall mornings, shining on its own or as a delightful topping for yogurt or ice cream! 🍂✨

Ingredients:

Directions: 

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a large baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
  2.  In a large mixing bowl, add in the nut butter, maple syrup, chai spice, cacao powder, and cinnamon. Whisk until all is well combined.
  3. Add in the remainder of the ingredients, mixing until the granola is evenly coated.
  4. Spread the mixture on the baking tray and flatten it so that it is in an even layer.
  5. Bake the granola in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
