Chocolate Chai Granola
We've been obsessed with starting our mornings with this Chocolate Chai Granola, crafted in collaboration with our fellow Portland women-owned business: Soul Chai. Infused with their rich rooibos chai powder, this granola is perfect for those cozy fall mornings, shining on its own or as a delightful topping for yogurt or ice cream! 🍂✨
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ⅓ cup Coconut Cardamom and Chia nut butter
- 2 tsp Soul Chai Rooibos Masala Chai powder
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1.5 cups rolled oats
- ⅓ cup slivered almonds
- ⅓ cup crushed walnuts
- ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a large baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, add in the nut butter, maple syrup, chai spice, cacao powder, and cinnamon. Whisk until all is well combined.
- Add in the remainder of the ingredients, mixing until the granola is evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture on the baking tray and flatten it so that it is in an even layer.
- Bake the granola in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
