Chocolate Macadamia Nut Freezer Fudge

These layered freezer fudge bars are easy to make and feature our delicious Toasted Macadamia Nut Butter! They melt in your mouth while also packing a delicious crunch from the macadamia nuts and white chocolate chips.

Chocolate fudge layer ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup Toasted Macadamia Nut Butter
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil 
  • 2 tbsp cacao or cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp date syrup 
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
Nut butter layer ingredients:
  • 3/4 cup Toasted Macadamia Nut Butter
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil 
  • 1 tbsp date syrup 
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate chips + extra to sprinkle on top

Directions:

  1. Line an 8x4 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. Stir together the chocolate fudge layer in a medium sized bowl, then pour the mix into the lined loaf pan. Even out the layer using a spatula, then freeze for 10 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, stir together the nut butter layer. Remove the chocolate fudge from the freezer, pour the nut butter layer overtop, and use a spatula to evenly spread the second layer across the first layer. Feel free to sprinkle on a few dark chocolate chips to top it off!
  4. Place the fudge back into the freezer for at least 15 minutes.
