Chocolate Macadamia Nut Freezer Fudge
These layered freezer fudge bars are easy to make and feature our delicious Toasted Macadamia Nut Butter! They melt in your mouth while also packing a delicious crunch from the macadamia nuts and white chocolate chips.
Chocolate fudge layer ingredients:
- 3/4 cup Toasted Macadamia Nut Butter
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 2 tbsp cacao or cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp date or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
Nut butter layer ingredients:
- 3/4 cup Toasted Macadamia Nut Butter
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1 tbsp date or maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- 1/4 cup white chocolate chips + extra to sprinkle on top
Directions:
- Line an 8x4 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Stir together the chocolate fudge layer in a medium sized bowl, then pour the mix into the lined loaf pan. Even out the layer using a spatula, then freeze for 10 minutes.
- In the meantime, stir together the nut butter layer. Remove the chocolate fudge from the freezer, pour the nut butter layer overtop, and use a spatula to evenly spread the second layer across the first layer. Feel free to sprinkle on a few white chocolate chips to top it off!
- Place the fudge back into the freezer for at least 15 minutes. Enjoy!
