Meet Caitlin, our Production Manager here at Ground Up! We're lucky enough to have Caitlin on our team to ensure everything runs smoothly during the production process, an integral part of what helps us get your favorite nut butters brought to life! 

What is your role at Ground Up? What does your day-to-day look like? 

Production Manager: Overseeing daily nut butter production including planning, team management, and hands on support in the kitchen. 

What has your experience with Ground Up been like? 

It has been very positive! Fun, fulfilling, inspiring, and delicious. 

What is the community at Ground Up like? 

Very supportive, kind, and connected! 

What do you like to do for fun? 

Hang out with my dogs, cook, garden, read, get outside. 

How do you stay motivated? 

Exercise, rest, and good food help me feel well enough to move forward with positivity and optimism. Focusing on the joyful interactions within my community and in nature. Staying focused on my values and intentions. 

What are your favorite ways to #spreadgood in your community? 

Sharing a smile and a small moment of kindness with strangers. I love to say hi to folks and offer assistance whenever I can. Ask me for directions! 

Who is one person who inspires you and why? 

My best friend: cancer survivor, mother, sober, entertainer, hilarious, radiant, podcaster, teacher, loyal friend.
