The first flavor in our Customer Flavor Series, Strawberry Cheesecake was dreamed up by Eva Long, customer (and Butterbassador!). Eva was inspired by her family's birthday tradition: "I always asked for strawberry cheesecake as my birthday 'cake' and it turned into tradition. Now, I always get a cheesecake on my birthday. It’s very special!"

This flavor is made from a cashew and coconut base, then infused with fresh vanilla beans and strawberry powder, sweetened with honey and finished with chunks of freeze-dried strawberries for texture.

Last spring we ran our first ever Customer Flavor Contest, where we got hundreds of submissions from customers requesting that we bring their dream nut butter flavor to life!
