I would love carmalita nut butter. Combination of Carmel oatmeal and brownie. A dessert that is usually served as a bar and is such a crowd favorite. I would put this as a spread on a toasted piece of challah. Yum

My dream flavor is my dessert, carrot cake with cream cheese frosting. I’m thinking of a rich base of carrot cake with walnuts finished with a swirl of cashew cream cheese frosting! A delicious nut butter to top on anything, or simply eat from the jar because you can!

I love all things pistachio, so I would be excited to see a Kataifi Pistachio Butter — a riff on the popular Dubai Chocolate bar with kataifi and pistachios. It would be a pistachio butter with honey, sea salt, vanilla, and bits of toasted kataifi. Chocolate shavings, nibs or cocoa powder would be optional but always welcomed!

The King of Rock and Roll: Didn’t The King love PB, marshmallow fluff, and banana on a sandwich? I think a nut butter with these flavors but with added crunchy bits of nuts, just might hit the spot.

I would love to see a Maple Espresso nut butter!
Growing up in the Pacific Northwest, coffee was all around. However, I didn’t come to appreciate it until my adult years. Now I can’t go a day without coffee, and it’s an extra special day when I get to start out my morning with some GroundUp Nut Butter! Sooo… what if we mixed the two together?
In thinking about an additional flavor to the espresso, I would love something a little sweet to balance out the depth of the coffee. I especially love the warmth of fall flavors, so an espresso maple nut butter with some warming cinnamon and sweet vanilla would make my heart sing!
My dream flavor would have the base of your Cinnamon Snickerdoodle nut butter, with a bit of espresso powder and maple syrup added in (you could decide about fully subbing the honey for maple syrup, or using a bit of both). I still would like the depth of flavors that the salt, vanilla and mix of nuts would bring, so I wouldn’t want to change too much of your already great recipe :)
