Ingredients:

  • 1 cup oats
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 6 tbsp Ground Up Snickerdoodle nut butter
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • 2 Honey Mama’s Single Serve Coconut Bars or 1 Honey Mama’s Multi-Serve Coconut Bar

Directions:

  1. In a high-speed blender, blend the oats until a fine flour forms. Set aside.
  2. In a food processor, combine the almond flour, oat flour, coconut oil, nut butter, honey, vanilla extract and sea salt until a dough is formed.
  3. Chop Honey Mama’s Coconut bar into small chunks. Use a spoon to fold chunks into dough.
  4. Roll the dough into small balls (about 1 tablespoon of dough each). Place the finished bites on a plate lined with parchment paper.
  5. Freeze the bites for 5 to 10 minutes, or until firm. Store in the freezer for a delicious, easy snack!
