Brownie Batter Bites
We're thrilled to announce a delectable new creation in collaboration with Faith's Fresh: our limited-edition Brownie Batter Cashew Butter. These delightful and fudgy brownie bites are packed with rich chocolate flavor and a unique twist that sets them apart from your average brownie. Perfect for any occasion, these treats are not only delicious but also gluten-free and dairy-free, making them a hit for everyone to enjoy.
Ingredients:
- ½ cup Brownie Batter Cashew Butter
- 1 cup chocolate chips, melted
- ⅔ cup coconut sugar
- 2 large eggs, room temperature
- ⅔ cup gluten-free all purpose flour
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- Dash of salt
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F and grease a mini muffin pan tin with some coconut oil or non-stick spray. Set aside.
- Add 1 cup of chocolate chips and the coconut oil to a small bowl and microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring in between until completely melted.
- Once melted, whisk in the sugar and eggs until just combined.
- Fold in the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and remaining chocolate chips using a spatula or a wooden spoon, mixing until well-combined.
- Evenly distribute the batter amongst all the muffin tins and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the tops start to crack a little and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let cool for 10-15 minutes before removing from the pan. Enjoy! Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
