Brownie Batter Bites

We're thrilled to announce a delectable new creation in collaboration with Faith's Fresh: our limited-edition Brownie Batter Cashew Butter. These delightful and fudgy brownie bites are packed with rich chocolate flavor and a unique twist that sets them apart from your average brownie. Perfect for any occasion, these treats are not only delicious but also gluten-free and dairy-free, making them a hit for everyone to enjoy.

Ingredients: 

  • ½ cup Brownie Batter Cashew Butter
  • 1 cup chocolate chips, melted
  • ⅔ cup coconut sugar
  • 2 large eggs, room temperature
  • ⅔ cup gluten-free all purpose flour
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • Dash of salt
  • 1 tsp coconut oil 
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips 

Directions: 

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F and grease a mini muffin pan tin with some coconut oil or non-stick spray. Set aside.
  2. Add 1 cup of chocolate chips and the coconut oil to a small bowl and microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring in between until completely melted. 
  3. Once melted, whisk in the sugar and eggs until just combined. 
  4. Fold in the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and remaining chocolate chips using a spatula or a wooden spoon, mixing until well-combined. 
  5. Evenly distribute the batter amongst all the muffin tins and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the tops start to crack a little and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  6. Let cool for 10-15 minutes before removing from the pan. Enjoy! Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
