Chocolate Hazelnut Hot Cocoa

Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cups of unsweetened oat milk
- 1/4 cup dairy-free dark chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 2 tbsp Cocoa Hazelnut Crunch nut butter
- 1 tbsp date syrup
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch of sea salt
- Coconut whipped cream (or other dairy-free alternative)
- Optional: Vegan-friendly marshmallows, for topping
Directions:
- In a small saucepan, start bringing the oat milk to a boil.
- While the oat milk is warming up, combine the chocolate chips, cacao powder, nut butter, date syrup, vanilla, and sea salt in a high speed blender or food processor. Set aside.
- Once the oat milk is hot, transfer it into the same blender with all of the other ingredients. Secure the lid and blend until smooth.
- Divide the hot chocolate into two mugs and top with coconut whipped cream, marshmallows, and more nut butter! Enjoy!
