Soft Baked Gingerbread Cookies
Our Gingersnap nut butter is the perfect way to spice up your holiday baking- literally! These Soft Baked Gingerbread Cookies are so delicious and the perfect blend of sweet mixed with holiday spices. Thanks to Holly Pelton (@hollys_bestlife) for creating this wonderful recipe!
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp Gingersnap nut butter
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 2 tbsp almond flour
- 2 tbsp vanilla protein powder(or more coconut flour)
- 2 tbsp molasses
- 1 flax egg (1 tbsp flax meal + 3 tbsp water)
- 2-3 tbsp almond milk/ liquid of choice
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp Maca
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Ginger
Directions:
- Combine almond flour , coconut flour, protein powder, cinnamon, ginger and baking powder to a mixing bowl.
- Add jn the nut butter, molasses, flax egg, vanilla and almond milk and stir until well combined
- Scoop onto a baking sheet , press down with a fork slightly and bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes (less time = softer cookies!)
