Sweetened naturally with maple syrup and spiced with a touch of cinnamon, this granola is packed with wholesome ingredients like chia seeds, rolled oats, cashews, walnuts, and shredded coconut. Whether you enjoy it as a breakfast staple, snack, or topping for yogurt and smoothie bowls, this recipe is as simple as it is satisfying, and comes together in under 30 minutes!
Ingredients
- ¼ cup Toasted Macadamia Nut Butter
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 ½ tbsp chia seeds
- 1 ½ cups rolled oats
- ⅓ cup cashews
- ⅓ cup chopped walnuts
- ½ cup coconut shreds
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the nut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until well combined.
- Add in the remainder of the ingredients and mix until granola is evenly coated.
- Spread the granola in an even layer on the baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for 15 minutes before storing in an airtight container. Enjoy!
