Who doesn’t love a homemade granola that’s crunchy, flavorful, and endlessly versatile? Our latest recipe takes the everyday granola game to the next level with a hint of indulgence from our classic Toasted Macadamia Nut Butter.

Sweetened naturally with maple syrup and spiced with a touch of cinnamon, this granola is packed with wholesome ingredients like chia seeds, rolled oats, cashews, walnuts, and shredded coconut. Whether you enjoy it as a breakfast staple, snack, or topping for yogurt and smoothie bowls, this recipe is as simple as it is satisfying, and comes together in under 30 minutes!

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Toasted Macadamia Nut Butter
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon 
  • 1 ½ tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 ½  cups rolled oats
  • ⅓ cup cashews
  • ⅓ cup chopped walnuts
  • ½ cup coconut shreds

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. 
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the nut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until well combined.
  3. Add in the remainder of the ingredients and mix until granola is evenly coated. 
  4. Spread the granola in an even layer on the baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden. 
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool for 15 minutes before storing in an airtight container. Enjoy!
