Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Toasted Macadamia Nut Butter
  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 5 tbsp maple syrup
  • 3/4 cup date paste (or approximately 1 cup pitted Medjool dates)
  • 1/2 cup toasted macadamia nuts
  • 1/4 cup cashew milk (or other milk)
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Directions:
  1. In a food processor fitted with an S-shaped metal blade, combine the nut butter, oat flour, rolled oats, maple syrup, dates, macadamia nuts, cashew milk, vanilla, sea salt, and protein powder. Pulse until a sticky dough is formed, approximately 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  2. Add in chocolate chips and pulse a few times to incorporate.
  3. Roll the dough into 1-inch balls.
  4. Transfer to the refrigerator for storage. These will keep for 2 weeks in the refrigerator or up to 2 months in the freezer. Enjoy!
