Chai Spice Truffles

Chai Spice Truffles
Introducing the ultimate fall treat: Chai Cookie Dough Truffles. Soft, perfectly spiced, and made with our limited edition Chai Spice nut butter, these no-bake bites capture all the cozy warmth of your favorite chai latte — in dessert form.
Whether you're making these for a fall gathering, gifting to a friend, or keeping a stash in your fridge for those mid-day cravings, these truffles are the perfect way to celebrate the season (and one of our most cozy collabs yet!).

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups of pitted dates, softened
  • ⅔ cup oat flour
  • 1 tsp masala chai spice
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp Chai Spice nut butter
  • Pinch of salt
  • ⅔ - 1 cup dairy-free chocolate chips, melted
  • Optional: flaky salt for topping

Directions:

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a high speed blender or food processor, blending until a sticky dough forms.
  2. Spoon out 1-2 Tbsp of the dough and shape into a ball. Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and repeat with the remaining dough.
  3. Place the tray with the truffles in the freezer to chill while melting the chocolate.
  4. For the chocolate, place the chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl and heat in 30 second increments, stirring in between, until the chocolate has melted.
  5. Remove the truffles from the freezer and coat each ball in chocolate. Place back on the baking tray and repeat with the remaining truffles.
  6. Sprinkle each truffle with some extra salt and place in the fridge/freezer to allow the chocolate to set.
  7. Remove when ready to serve and enjoy!
