We recently welcomed Jenn to our team as Assistant Operations Manager! Jenn keeps the production kitchen running smoothly and oversees our training program. We're also lucky enough to enjoy her incredible culinary skills when she treats the team to her home-cooked lunches! Read below to learn more about her.

What has your experience with Ground Up been like?

Positive and Humbling, having the opportunity to work and mentor women with adversities is rewarding and fulfilling. 

What is the community at Ground Up like?

Family, I feel welcomed into the family, everyone is friendly and kind to work with.

What do you like to do for fun?

I enjoy hiking and most outdoor activities, the beach is one of my favorite places, rain or shine!

How do you stay motivated?

I wake up each day and count my blessings, and always try my hardest in whatever it is I'm doing that day.

What are your favorite ways to #spreadgood in your community?

To volunteer at the local food bank and volunteer at community meals feeding families in need.

Who is one person who inspires you and why?

My older Daughter Jacqueline, she is very genuinely kind and giving and is always willing to help anyone no matter what. Shes always so positive and would never say one bad thing about anyone!

What is your favorite Ground Up nut butter flavor + favorite way to enjoy it?

I'm really digging Snickerdoodle on toast with bananas ….
