What has your experience with Ground Up been like?
What I appreciate most about working at Ground Up is the opportunity to work alongside such a passionate group of women. Producing some outstanding Nut Butter is also a Plus!
What is your role at Ground Up?
As Director of Operations at Ground Up, my primary responsibility is to ensure that the mission is lived out to its fullest extent on a day to day basis and that daily operations of the business are successful at HeadQuarters.
What does a typical workday look like for you?
Operations influences every part of the Ground Up atmosphere.A typical day could be spent on the production floor, in the warehouse, interfacing with customers, ensuring the facility is in prime operating order and having a good time with co-workers.
What is it like to work with the team?
The Team at Ground Up is small but mighty! We produce and distribute a mass amount of delicious nut butter and have fun while doing it!
What is the community at Ground Up like?
A bit like my first answer, honestly. It's rare to be surrounded entirely by strong women in the workplace and I am so incredibly thankful to be part of it!
What do you like to do for fun?
Anything Outdoors is right up my alley! On my off time, you can find me (or not!) anywhere in the Gifford Pinchot or on a desolate peninsula in Washington.
What is your favorite Ground Up nut butter flavor + favorite way to enjoy it?
My favorite Ground Up nut butter is Chunky and my favorite way to enjoy it? On a Honeycrisp Apple of Course!
