That cinnamon-sugar flavor from our Snickerdoodle nut butter = ✨ perfection ✨
Ingredients:
- 5 rice cakes, crushed
- 1/4 cup Snickerdoodle nut butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips, melted
Directions:
- In a large bowl, mix together the crushed rice cakes, Snickerdoodle nut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and protein powder until well combined.
- Press the mixture into a loaf pan lined with parchment paper. Pop it into the freezer to chill while you melt the chocolate.
- Once the chocolate is melted, remove the bars from the freezer and drizzle the chocolate over the top, spreading it evenly to coat.
- Return the pan to the freezer and chill for 30 minutes to an hour, until the bars are set.
- Slice into bars and enjoy!
