That cinnamon-sugar flavor from our Snickerdoodle nut butter = ✨ perfection ✨

Ingredients:

  • 5 rice cakes, crushed
  • 1/4 cup Snickerdoodle nut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips, melted

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the crushed rice cakes, Snickerdoodle nut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and protein powder until well combined.
  2. Press the mixture into a loaf pan lined with parchment paper. Pop it into the freezer to chill while you melt the chocolate.
  3. Once the chocolate is melted, remove the bars from the freezer and drizzle the chocolate over the top, spreading it evenly to coat.
  4. Return the pan to the freezer and chill for 30 minutes to an hour, until the bars are set.
  5. Slice into bars and enjoy!
