Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup of mixed berries
  • 1-2 Tbsp Triple Nut Crunch nut butter
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup of almond milk + more as needed
  • For topping: fresh fruit, granola, nut butter — get creative!

Method: 

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a high speed blender or food processor. 
  2. Blend until smooth, adding more almond milk when necessary until you reach your desired smoothie-bowl consistency.
