Cardamom Date Shake
This is our take on the classic date shake! We use our Coconut Cardamom nut butter to add some spice, along with cacao nibs for crunch, frozen bananas and chia seeds for a boost of nutrition. The perfect pick-me-up on a hot summer day!
Ingredients:
- 7 pitted dates
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup milk of choice
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp Coconut Cardamom Almond + Cashew Butter
- 2 tbsp cacao nibs (divided)
Directions:
- Add all ingredients except cacao nibs to a high powered blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add 1 tbsp cacao nibs and pulse a couple of times. You don’t want them to be fully blended.
- Pour into a glass, then top with remaining cacao nibs. Enjoy!
