Golden Milk Nourish Bowl

This nourishing, veggie-packed bowl features a flavorful sauce made with our limited-edition Golden Milk Cashew + Coconut Butter.

Ingredients:

Nourish Bowl:*

  • Cauliflower rice 
  • Cooked corn
  • Cooked chickpeas
  • Sliced radish
  • Sliced cucumber
  • Sautéed mushrooms
  • Baby kale + arugula 
  • Golden Milk Sauce (recipe below)

Golden Milk Sauce:

  • 2 tbsp Golden Milk Cashew + Coconut Butter
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp fine-grain sea salt
  • optional: add extra turmeric powder, ginger powder or black pepper to add more spice to your sauce!

Directions:

  1. First, make the sauce. In a small bowl, whisk together Golden Milk nut butter, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, sea salt, and additional spices, if using. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, add all of your preferred veggies, proteins + grains. 
  3. Drizzle your Nourish Bowl with the Golden Milk Sauce and enjoy!

*Note:  This bowl is very customizable, so feel free to substitute any of these with your favorite grains, veggies + protein!
