Golden Milk Nourish Bowl
This nourishing, veggie-packed bowl features a flavorful sauce made with our limited-edition Golden Milk Cashew + Coconut Butter.
- Cauliflower rice
- Cooked corn
- Cooked chickpeas
- Sliced radish
- Sliced cucumber
- Sautéed mushrooms
- Baby kale + arugula
- Golden Milk Sauce (recipe below)
Golden Milk Sauce:
- 2 tbsp Golden Milk Cashew + Coconut Butter
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp fine-grain sea salt
- optional: add extra turmeric powder, ginger powder or black pepper to add more spice to your sauce!
- First, make the sauce. In a small bowl, whisk together Golden Milk nut butter, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, sea salt, and additional spices, if using. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, add all of your preferred veggies, proteins + grains.
- Drizzle your Nourish Bowl with the Golden Milk Sauce and enjoy!
*Note: This bowl is very customizable, so feel free to substitute any of these with your favorite grains, veggies + protein!
