Macadamia Nut Cookies
Makes 21 cookies
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup coconut oil (melted)
- 1 cup coconut sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup Toasted Macadamia Nut w/ Chia + Flaxseed
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 tsps baking powder
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 cup finely chopped macadamia nuts
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 350.
- Mix together the coconut oil, coconut sugar, egg, nut butter, and vanilla first.
- Next, stir in the flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir in the macadamia nuts last.
- Roll the dough into 21 small balls and spread them across two baking sheets.
- Flatten each cookie dough ball with a fork, and bake for 11-12 minutes.
- Enjoy!
