Pumpkin Cardamom Fudge
We are ALL about this healthy, fall-inspired, 4 ingredient fudge! This recipe comes to us from our talented friend Danielle. Check out her Instagram here for more recipe inspiration!
- 1/2 cup Ground Up Coconut Cardamom nut butter
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1-2 tbsp greek yogurt
- Mix all ingredients together (except yogurt)
- Place in a 6x6 pan
- Swirl yogurt on top (swirl with a toothpick to make a design)
- Freeze for an hour and slice. Enjoy!
