Superfood Waffle Cone Sundae
Serves 1
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup coconut yogurt (or preferred yogurt/dairy-free alternative)
- 1/4 cup granola
- 1-2 Tbsp strawberry chia jam
- 1-2 Tbsp Ground Up Waffle Cone or Snickerdoodle Nut Butter
- 2 Tbsp dairy-free chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp coconut oil
Directions
- In a small glass jar or preferred container, layer granola, coconut yogurt, nut butter, and chia jam.
- In a separate small bowl, combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil and microwave in 30 second intervals until the chocolate is completely melted, stirring in-between.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the top and place the sundae in the freezer for up to 10 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.
- When ready to serve, remove from the freezer, sprinkle some sea salt on top, and enjoy!
