Meet Sara

At Ground Up, every jar of nut butter tells a story—not just of delicious flavors, but of perseverance, empowerment, and the women behind each step. We’re excited to introduce you to Sara, one of our incredible production specialists.
Sara works "on the line," where she plays a hands-on role in bringing our nut butters to life—from mixing recipes and filling jars to ensuring each box is packed with care. Beyond her production duties, she’s also a mentor and leader, supporting our apprentices as they build new skills and confidence through our employment training program. With an eye for detail, Sara also helps uphold our high standards for quality and safety.
