10 Minute Cinnamon Snickerdoodle Cinnamon Rolls
Cinnamon rolls ready in 10 minutes? Yeah, you read that right. Only 10 minutes from start to finish! You could have these rolls sitting in front of you just a few minutes from now. Pretty ideal!
These rolls feature our Cinnamon Snickerdoodle nut butter in the filling! In addition to our nut butter, these rolls include simple ingredients like coconut oil, banana, and coconut sugar. So not only is this recipe quick, but it’s super easy to make too. Enjoy!
Microwave Cinnamon Snickerdoodle Cinnamon Rolls
(makes 3 small rolls)
Dough ingredients:
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp coconut sugar
- 1/2 banana
Filling ingredients:
- 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon Snickerdoodle nut butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3 tsps coconut sugar
- 2 tbsp whole wheat flour
Directions:
- Combine the dough ingredients first. Form a ball, then roll the dough into a thin rectangle on a floured surface using a rolling pin.
- Next, combine the filling ingredients. Add more or less flour depending on how thick you want the filling to be. Then spread the filling evenly across the dough rectangle.
- Roll up the dough length-wise from one end to the other, then chop it into 3 rolls.
- Grease a bowl, place the rolls in it, and microwave for 1:30 minutes.
- Top it off with a drizzle of Cinnamon Snickerdoodle nut butter and enjoy!
